Bondlyfe provides a hosted digital platform for creating and sharing personalized proposal pages. Access to features may depend on account status and selected pricing plan.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
- You must be legally capable of entering into a contract.
- You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
- You agree not to use the service for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent content.
3. Pricing, Billing, and Payments
- Prices, plan benefits, and taxes are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
- Payments are processed by trusted gateways including Stripe and Razorpay.
- We do not store full card numbers, CVV values, or bank PIN details on our servers.
- In case of duplicate payments caused by a gateway/network issue, we support reconciliation and eligible reversal per the Refund Policy.
4. Service Delivery
Bondlyfe is a digital service. Feature access is provisioned electronically after successful payment and account verification. No physical goods are shipped.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled according to our published Refund Policy. Users should contact support@bondlyfe.com for billing issues, failed transactions, or duplicate charges.
6. User Content and Acceptable Use
- You retain ownership of text and media you submit, but grant us a limited license to host and display that content for service delivery.
- You must not upload harmful, unlawful, infringing, or hateful content.
- We may suspend or remove content/accounts that violate these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The platform design, code, logos, and service materials of Bondlyfe remain the property of Bondlyfe. No rights are transferred except those required for normal service use.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bondlyfe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the service, payment gateway outages, or third-party network failures.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by applicable laws in our operating jurisdiction. Parties will attempt good-faith resolution through support before initiating formal dispute action.
