Refund, Cancellation, and Delivery Policy

Effective date: February 9, 2026. This policy applies to all purchases made on Bondlyfe.

1. Nature of Service

Bondlyfe provides digital services only. There is no physical shipment. Service access is provided online once payment is successful.

2. Delivery Policy

  • Access to paid features is typically activated immediately after successful payment authorization.
  • In rare gateway/network delays, activation may take up to 24 hours.
  • If access is not activated within 24 hours, contact support@bondlyfe.com with payment reference details.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You may request cancellation of a paid plan before service activation.
  • Once digital services are delivered/activated, cancellation may not be available except where required by law or specifically approved by support.

4. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be approved in the following cases:

  • Duplicate or accidental multiple payment for the same order.
  • Payment captured but paid service was not delivered due to technical failure from our side.
  • Verified billing error reported within 7 days of transaction date.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after successful service activation.
  • Delays caused by user-side internet/device issues.
  • Policy violations resulting in account suspension.
  • Requests raised after the refund window has expired.

6. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@bondlyfe.com from your registered email address.
  2. Include transaction ID, payment date, amount, and reason.
  3. Our team reviews requests and responds within 3 business days.

7. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method. Credit timelines depend on the payment gateway and issuing bank, usually within 5 to 10 business days after approval.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

Before filing a chargeback, contact us at support@bondlyfe.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in temporary account restrictions while the investigation is underway.
